"This is a nice hotel with a lovely staff. They were very gracious about taking care of our baggage and only a brief wait for early check,-in. We didn't have to use the self-check in, as staff is not there all day/ night. There are a few steps up to the lift, a small reception area. Door locks are a bit tricky, but we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend."
