"Great service!!! From when we dropped off our car with the private hotel valet to when we began our check in process. Amenities were lacking, we didn’t have an iron in our room, lighting was super poor. The location was phenomenal and good for rest. My husband and I got married on Saturday at Santi Apostoli which was a 5 minute walk. However the price point felt like a lot for the state of the room we were in. "

We didn't initially realize that everything was unplugged and we had to turn on the water heater for a warm shower but once identified those were easy enough to manage. "Tornabuoni Suites rooms were very nice. We stayed two notes in a superior dbl room and one note in a junior suite. The junior suite was most spacious and the bed was a California king. The room felt very opulent. The rooms condition was quite up to date and modern and the location was outstanding. Walkable everywhere in a few mins. Shops right outside the front door even !! "

I don’t recall any communication prior about the system for entering, but it seemed that I wasn’t the only one confused. "The Hotel Tolomei was an unforgettable experience. It really was a Palace! When we arrived Danielli (the owner) welcomed us as if we were Family. The rooms were magnificent but welcoming. The frescos on the ceilings were original, the furnishings an eclectic blend and very comfortable. "Residence Leopoldo is close to the tram station (500m) which is a short distance to Santa Maria Novella Station. It is very clean, quiet and comfortable for 2 people. We had a studio apartment with a bed and sofa bed, a small, well equipped kitchen. The bathroom was large with a washing machine and lots of hot water. "We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
