"Views were absolutely phenomenal, don't think there is a single room without a great view. Accommodations are simple, but well executed. Beds were comfy, breakfast (included in my stay) was awesome, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing but kind and helpful. "Parking is in a city around 1000 meters below Mürren. You have to 10 CHF for parking per day as well as 23.40 CHF round trip to use the Gondola unles you want to commit to a 3 hour hike. After you take the Gondola then hotel is only. 1/4 mile walk up hill to the Grand Palace. Hotel also had no A/C. The hotel itself is beautiful with friendly staff and a gorgeous view of the alps. "

"Excellent value for money. The rooms were recently updated and modern. We made a mistake in booking a double room instead of a triple, and the owner went our of her way to get a spare bed for our daughter. They have an excellent restaurant too. It was summer but the room had an electric fan which helped a lot. A/C was not needed at all, at night the temperature was cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future. "
