"Super breakfast, lots of different choices from the buffet, long time period for breakfast. Super clean, nice room. Super friendly staff, helping with everything one needs."

"Limpieza mala. Había un calcetín dentro del velador. El penúltimo día no nos hicieron la habitación, y al preguntar nos dijeron “no se porque”? Amenities, solo shampoo. Estuvimos 5 noches y solo una vez colocaron, al tercer dia tuvimos que ir a pedir, nunca más renovaron."

"O quarto estava com as paredes sujas, a maçaneta da porta do banheiro estava quebrada, o frigobar ficou sem funcionar por 3 dias, a iluminação do quarto é fraca, a porta do banheiro estava estufada e com muito mofo. O café da manhã estava muito bom, tudo muito fresquinho e saboroso, nada a reclamar. O staff é meio lento para atender todo mundo, só tinham 2 pessoas na recepção. O check out nao foi eficiente. "

"Nice hotel in the heart of Leblon, close to everything and the beach. The rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was very nice and varied. Very much enjoyed staying here."

"The rooftop pool had wonderful views but minimal seating. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of choices. The hotel overall definitely needs an upgrade. The first room assigned to us had mildew (mold) on the pictures and curtains. The carpet was stained. We got another room with vinyl flooring instead of carpeting and it had been painted however the walls were dusty and dirty. Great location and good staff."

"The hotel is a perfect location. Very close to the beach, easily walkable from hotel to there. Shopping and restaurants right outside. It was perfect. The stafff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The room was very clean. Perfect for couples. To get into the shower might be a problem if you’re a bigger person. My friends had trouble on a cruise so I try to notice that more breakfast was very nice with lots of options. Fruit, breakfast meat, tons of drinks and pastries . Would definitely come back for location and the great time we had."
