Bath towels and comforter are very old and need to be damp/replace and throw away! Shower ceilings are molded and smells terrible. Breakfast buffet is great and staff are nice and friendly. We like that Front desk has money changer (US$ to R$).

The breakfast menu included many types of fresh food. Swimming pool on roof top sufficien size and with a nice view - only drawback was the bar menu and awful music that destroyed any chance of just relaxing at the poolside

The housekeeping staff were generally attentive. The documentation of the minibar use could be more efficient. The breakfast service needs more attention to the quality of the cooked items, and someone needs to manage the dining room. I had a dinner experience where one of the ingredients was spoiled. Luggage storage before arrival and immediately after checkout was a convenient and welcome feature as an international traveler. The rooftop sauna was out of order but the area is still worth visiting as there is a pool and great views. If you enjoy the nightlife and bar scene, the hotel is located in the Lapa neighborhood and walking distance to the restaurants and bars there.

Very good, very friendly, location it’s great, 8 minute walk to the market, 10 minute walk to the metro to Copacabana. You Can explore a lot without wasting much on transportation, the best location for a hotel in my opinion.

Everything was fine except the front desk deceived me into believing that the beverages in the room was complimentary, after explaining to me that I had to pay for what I used, which I did, the constantly harassed me by sending me more letters saying that I owe more money.

Location is not in a nice neighborhood. Could not even take a shower as the shower area was not draining and causing pooling of water. Reported the incident but no subsequent action taken by attending staff at night. Hotel conditions needed a fix. Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this facility nor would I try the facility.

Das Personal war sehr nett und der Blick über die Straße zur Kathedrale gefiel uns. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer lebhaften Umgebung, aber wir fühlen uns auch bei Dunkelheit sicher.
