The pool at the terrace and the friendly staff. We dined at the hotel, we used the beach amenities and everything was perfect! Location is beautiful if you prefer to stay far away from midtown and the crowded copacabana beaches.

The hotel is stylish, though my room was on the smaller side. The restaurant is located by the waterfront, and Santos, our server, went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience. My only complaint is that the WiFi signal was poor in the room.

Amazing staff! Even if there is a language barrier they ensure you are well informed and know that they are at your expense. However, the facility as a whole was not very clean. My bedding had stains on the pillows and sheets. My curtains and towels had stains as well. The entire hotel is white but stains are very visible on the furniture in the lobby, restaurant, and pool area. Great hotel but definitely in need of a deep cleaning.

Beautiful pool

Work trip. The views/ pool on the roof was stunning and relaxing. Not sure why it closed so early but it meant it couldn’t be enjoyed very long at night. Music was so loud if you were on the beach side it was very very hard to sleep some nights. Staff was nice.

Very modern and futuristic building. The rooms were clean. A little smaller than I’d expected. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The music and dinner entertainment excellent! Nice view of the water. Great for our retreat.

The place is beautiful. I loved the views from my room. The bathroom was big and i enjoyed my bath at the end of a long day. The flowers and the chocolate were very appreciated. I also believe the flip flops they give are a real nice touch. I would recommend this place its in a wonderful location also.

Best staff ever!

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Amazing, friendly staff and made us feel very welcome ( especially Anissa and Lucas) We are visiting from Australia and travelling on bicycles. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms very comfortable. Only downside was booking in to use the gym then finding it taken up with personal trainers which made it hard for us to do our own workout. However the pool and spectacular views made up for everything! Highly recommend.

It was a beautiful not glamorous but simple and very nice with large beds and a good sized room and bathroom....and very close to the beach. ....You can i.prove on the upkee of the sauna. The place was very dirty man. Either than that overall good

Good Hotel with great service.

Nice hotel that covers the basics, and handles two important things very well: Service and wifi. Excellent, high-speed connection makes hotel great for business travelers. Good service makes things work smoothly. Tiago, in particular, at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to make things work well. The hotel is not "luxurious" but does have an awesome rooftop pool and viewing area to look at the ocean and the rest of Barra. The spa is also well-appointed with great service saw well. Definitely recommend.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Really enjoy our stay.Although it was far from everything but uber was always readily available even at at 4am. Dinning was good.only issue was language barrier as I needed shower gel and they got me a bar of soap so.learn some Portuguese!! Oh and if you getting ocean front room double check the balcony as some of them are the smallest in the world.Mine could only fit a folding chair.(which is due to the building design)...so in short book if you want a fancy design and modern hotel and dont if you want something in the heart of the action and not about the uber life. Good, but not as great as hoped

We only stayed one night and had tried to arrange for early check in but still had delays in accessing our room. We were able to book at the spa which was wonderful. Overall the comfort and location of the hotel was great and enjoyed the views. Even saved the pool playlist on Spotify!
