Staff, especially wrendel, the breakfast crew and the person in charge of the keys, are absolutely fantastic professionals! Location is perfect -close to all things that matter for a guest. Really good daily breakfast. The room is really good but has 2 negatives: 1-no smart tv and 2- the reading lamps were screwed on the headboard-right in the middle. The design looks good but it makes it difficult to seat against the headboard and watch tv or read. Hope next time I can turn on Netflix and Hulu to watch my favorite series:)

The hotel is adressed in a nice neighborhood, not far from the beach. The area around has some facilities like a shopping mall, subway station and restaurants. The room itself is quite small and there is no luxury. However, it is affordable, clean and provides what is expected for a budget hotel.

O quarto aconchegante, mas o banheiro faltou tampa no vaso de lixo, isso levou o mal cheiro da lixeira para o banheiro e quarto, e sobre o café da manhã muito pouca variadade, ja fiquei mais de um dia no mesmo hotel e ambos os dias foram alimentos variados, diferentes e eu passei 8 dias no hotel e foi a mesma coisa os 8 dias, só o bolo que mudou uma vez o sabor, e o cachorro quente que alternava com ovo cozido, mas era sempre a mesma coisa, foi 8 dias com as mesmas opções de café da manhã, faltou variedade e mais opções, só tinha 1 ou 2 tipos de bolo, e pelo valor do café 43 reais tinha que ser muito muito bom, os alimentos estavam gostosos, estavam bons, mas realmente faltou a variedade e opção.
