Great location. About a 5 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by several restaurants, an ATM and a few shops. The rooms are small and tight. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were well used and flat. The AC took hours to reach a comfortable temperature. Bathroom was tiny but there was always hot water. Breakfast was great. Personally I found all the front staff borderline unfriendly and unhelpful. They spoke English and Spanish in addition to Portuguese but appeared disinterested in helping. However other staff were really pleasant. Overall I'd recommended this hotel if you just need a place to sleep and shower and want to be by the beach.

We had a really disappointing and dissatisfying stay at this property. Upon arriving after 3 flights, all we wanted was a shower and to go to sleep. The water was freezing cold, and when we asked for help we were met with nothing and were told to wait until tomorrow. Every single night of our stay the same thing happened and we were met with nothing from the staff. Upon asking to speak with a manager, again we were told to wait for the morning, and every morning were told that the manager was not working. We booked this hotel because a safe was pictured but upon arrival, again, nothing but disappointment. There was no safe door attached and it took them 2 full days to install. In addition, WiFi only worked in the lobby and we wasted a ton of our (quite expensive) cellular package as a result. The staff did not help with anything and we got 0 compensation from the hotel. We paid a premium price for a very below average stay and would not recommend at all.

Me parecieron lindas las instalaciones para el precio, aunque es antiguo así es la mayoría de la zona y está bien, la limpieza era buena ya que todos los días la realizaban, buen desayuno tipo buffet con variedad y el personal algunos amables otros no tanto igual estuvo bien, aunque cuando hicimos check out pedimos si nos guardaban las maletas y nos cobraban 30 reales y me parece debía ser una cortesía Solo deberían mejorar un poco algunas cosas más modernas lo demás todo bien.

Os quartos nao condizem com as imagens, o quarto é minusculo e o armário é menor ainda. O Café da manhã deixa a desejar, não tinha nem pão de queijo. Os quartos não são isloados acustimente, voce escuta a rua o dia inteiro e as varandas dos quartos são dividas (porcamente) com o quarto do lado. A qualidade geral do hotel não condiz nem com a região e nem com o preço. O Atendimento dos funcionários é o que salva, são super solicitos e simpáticos.

Quarto velho, paredes sujas , frigobar enferrujado e bem mais feio do que as fotos do site ou aplicativo. Chuveiro com água gelada, não dá conta de aquecer a água. Café da manhã com moscas e bichos nas frutas. Péssimo não recomendo a estádia.

No geral o hotel é bom, muito bem localizado. O quarto poderia ser mais detalhado. Na momneto da compra é mostrado o quarto referente ao valor que esta sendo pago, porém o quarto é muito diferente do que foi pago. O quarto do anuncio era com mais espaço e fiquei em um extremamente pequeno e apertado. O chuveiro deixou muito a desejar, pois se há mais gente usando ao mesmo tempo não há água quente para todos. O café é muito bom, bem servido e tudo bem limpo.

Primeira e última que me hospedo nesse hotel.

As fotos que consta no Booking não é a realidade do local, tive que trocar 3 vezes de quarto, primeiro quarto nao tinha interfone, as paredes sujas,o banheiro horrivel(velho) o segundo quarto interfone nao funcionava, o chuveiro a agua a tarde nao esquentava e a agua ficava fslhando o terceiro quarto parece que foi um pouco reformado, mais o chuveiro o mesmo, parece que desliga a caldeira pars economizar, a agua nso esquenta, só funciona na parte da manhã, a limpeza deixa a desejar. As psredes são sujas o elevar em manutenção e o único que funciona é o de serviço e sujo. Alguns funcionários são atenciosos, mais o hotel não corresponde as fotos que consta no booking.

Tive uma experiência bem abaixo do esperado. O quarto não tinha espelho de corpo inteiro, havia cheiro forte de cigarro mesmo sendo um quarto para não fumante. O colchão era desconfortável, de qualidade bem precária. O Wi-Fi só funcionava na recepção, o que dificultou muito o uso. O café da manhã era bastante simples e vago, com poucas opções. Não voltaria.
