Every time I come t Rio I stay at this hotel, Not only it is conveniently located (3 blocks from Copacabana beach and a metro (subway) station right across from it), the eatery options are almost endless. Staff is great and of course the free breakfast is good. Room rates at great value allows you too keep more of your money to spend shopping.

The Premier Copacabana is my go-to hotel when I am in Rio. It is perfectly located near shops, the metro, restaurants and the beach. The staff and the front desk personnel are phenomenal, plus, they are willing to help in any way possible. The breakfast selections are very good, while the waiters in the hotel restaurant are friendly and attentive.

The hotel room view of the Christ de Redeemer was amazing. I would recommend this stay.

Go for the building/location: 3 blocks from copacabana, metro exit in front, safe (police and hospital in front)/nice room and cleaning/no cockroaches or ants/. And that's very very good for Brazil. But the level of the reception team is mostly deplorable, breakfast 6am-9:30am, noisy and crowded breakfast. The air conditioning stops when you leave the room! Choose a room on the courtyard side. Put the air conditioning on 20 or more, it works better than 18!!!

Premier Copacabana is an excellent hotel. The location is conveniently across the street from the METRO. The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The only minor issues with my room (#506) were the middle window's latch was loose. It had 2 phillips set screws that need to be tightened. The shower door didn't fully close so the 2 door hinges should be replaced. I will stay there again the next time I visit Rio.

My many stays at the Premier Copacabana have always been pleasant and comfortable. The hotel's location is fantastic for walking to neighborhood restaurants, the beach, Cambio establishments and the subway system. Kudōs to the desk staff, hotel restaurant help and the hard-working chamber maids and maintenance. Premier Copacabana Hotel is my go to hotel when I visit Rio.
