Very friendly, helpful staff throughout from reception to restaurant and bar as well as concierge and assistance with luggage. A lot to do and see around the hotel. It's a very hilly city so easy walking down to the river but a steep climb back up or use the funicular part way or taxi. Good food in the restaurant."

They even let me do a late check out and let me keep my bags at the hotel until my flight left almost 8 hours.
