This is the third time staying here and never disappoints. The staff from check-in, bellmen and casino security kudos. Casino has all the new machines. My only dissatisfaction is the lack of options for dining. I would like to mention that there is a great option for dining a short distance from the hotel called “El Pinto” for a great Mexican dining experience."

"Beautiful hotel! Check-in staff were excellent! Very helpful and made sure we had plenty of water and were quick to provide us with Tea K-cups for the room. The bed was comfortable. Cleaning staff were very friendly and continued to provide us with water bottles every day. It is a very dry climate there, so the water bottles were very appreciated."

"The street is very noisy until late at night, and the soundproofing is poor. I hit my leg multiple times on the poorly designed bed with sharp corners. The pool is nice, but it’s not heated. The elevator is very dirty, and the flooring is completely worn out. I was also charged $14 for a bottle of water in the room."
