"Terrible staff, made a mistake and cancelled one of our nights without telling us. Only made excuse after excuse and two different stories as to what happened. No apologies, messed up our day. Managers were both Very argumentative, and defensive instead of being kind and apologetic. They thought they were doing US a favor for allowing us to stay the 2nd night we had booked weeks in advance, which we planned the whole time for. Very unprofessional people. Would never deal with them again or return. "

"Incredible decor and service. We felt like we could truly relax. Very clean and therapeutic pool and spa area, wisteria in full bloom and so fragrant. But I think my favorite part were the conversations with restaurant staff, they were all so friendly, kind, and interesting. Loved it all. "

"The biggest asset for this property is the staff. They are friendly and accommodating - I've been at big hotels where the staff was professional, but this place made me feel welcome. I was there during spring break so everything was booked and it was loud and noisy till one in the morning. Also, it's very close to a main street which made it very hard to sleep due to noise although the property has some great amenities there's a lot that needs to be repaired."
