The only issue we had was that we had left the room to eat breakfast before formally checking out and the housekeeping had already come into our room before we actually checked out so we lost my daughters toy because the beds were stripped. The housekeeping tried to help find it but no luck. I asked the attendants at checkout if it was standard to send housekeeping...

"This hotel was perfect for us while visiting family in the Rio Rancho area. Very nice, clean, wonderful staff. We booked this hotel without knowing much and it was a great pick. After we were out here and saw many of the other properties in the area that we had seen in Expedia we were so happy with selecting the Hilton. It is by far the best hotel of its class in the area.
