She also helped us with directions when it came to transportation as well. We appreciated this a lot. The room was clean and the area was quiet. "Its a very comfortable 2 bed, kitchen, bath n lounge and ample car park. Clean, big and equipped with everything you need along with secure indoor car park.Joe & his wife are a lovely host ever ready to help. Place is 30 mins away from city center via the train n bus combo. If you drive park for free at train station n take the train to city. "

"This was a very unique stay … in an authentic palace! Staff treat you like royalty. Superior room was a large living room suite with additional bedroom! Excellent and plentiful breakfast every morning. Easy to walk to cafes, restaurants and shops and Villa de Este and Villa Gregoriane. City bus to Villa Ariana. Hotel also arranged my transfer back to airport in Rome with Marco a professional driver. Perfect! "
