"Great place to stay with family and friends. Plenty of room, lovely outdoor space for dinners. Hot tub To relax in. Host is very accommodating any time we needed something there was a contact near the property. We hated to leave!"

"The villa is in an amazing location. The views of the valley are so picturesque. Sylvia was a perfect host. Everything is as advertised. I only wish we had spent more time at the house. We used it as a base for Imola F1 race. If races are re-established at Imola we will definitely come back. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again."

"We sincerely advice not to book this location. From the pictures it looked very nice, also first contact to landlord was acceptable. But then the issues started. Due to lack of hygiene in the house there have been big black insects everywhere: in our beds, in the clothes, on the floor - everywhere - as of day 1. on day 2, due to burst pipe, the wäre was everywhere. We had to move out immediately. The landlord was totally rude, not supportive and currently still refuses to compensate us...

"Herzliches Willkommen und Einführung in den Hausgebrauch durch Giuseppe und Haushälterin-ausschließlich in Landessprache. Erster Eindruck-morbider Charme. Schlafzimmer und Bäder frisch geputzt. Alles in allem wirkt aber das große Haus abgewohnt, verstaubt (viele Spinnweben), Risse in Decken/Wänden. Untere Etage wurde ausser dem "Spielzimmer" nicht genutzt, da die mitgereisten Damen sich dort unwohl fühlten. Die Küche ließ zu viele Wünsche offen - elektrische Geräte waren nur mit grösster...

"We stayed at this house in May half term and had a brilliant time. The owners couldn't have been nicer and were there to show us around on arrival. The house, views, pool and everything was as wonderful as we hoped. We can also recommend the water park, 5 minutes away (only at weekends off season). We also had two very nice meals in an Argentinean restaurant Molino Nuove on the main road 15 minutes drive away. Highly recommend this property (although loathed to tell everyone as it wont be...
