"The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna."

"We used the woodfired oven and made our own pizza, swam in the pool and visited the fantastic beach club nearby. This was an experience straight out of a movie and one that I will last a lifetime. The host was super professional and helpful. Will dream of coming back."

"We stayed here for just over two weeks and cannot rave enough about the generosity Stefano, Beatrice & Michele showed us. The place is very clean, our hosts were gracious and helpful. Our stay was very comfortable and Stefano & Beatrice would gift us with treats. Would highly recommend as a quiet get away and home base if you are touring Northern Italy. Thank you so much! "We couldn't have been happier with this booking. Sylvia was an amazing host who gave us wonderful tips on parking in Bologna and the house was more amazing than the pictures. The scenic views and peacefulness of the house are something that needs to be seen and experienced in person. We had the best time and were sad to leave. "A group of 7 of us stayed at Francis property for a week. The place was a fantastic hub for visiting vineyards, Florence, Pisa and all other touristy bits you may like to do. Sadly the weather was not on our side so we did not get to use the pool or garden as much as we would like, but there was plenty of other things to keep us busy. Franco was excellent with the check in and checkout process, being very flexible and accommodating. Thanks once again 👍"

Unfortunately weather was bad for mid May and no heating at all, so it was freezing Would recommend the villa as it will be amazing in the sun, but advice you take everything with you from hand soap, washing liquid, mops, trashing machine detergent as nothing available except 1 toilet role per bathroom. "After a busy 4 days in Venice, the tranquility of 6Stanco was just what we needed. For us, the hosting was spot-on; welcoming and helpful, whilst giving us the space to feel at home. The villa was spotless and we took full advantage of the pool, abundant fig tree, and nights gazing at the stars. There would have been more beach volleyball if it hadn’t been so hot! "We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid...
