The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and we wished we could have spent more time on the property. Many thanks for the great hospitality!"

"The villa is in an amazing location. The views of the valley are so picturesque. Sylvia was a perfect host. Everything is as advertised. I only wish we had spent more time at the house. We used it as a base for Imola F1 race. If races are re-established at Imola we will definitely come back. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again."

"We sincerely advice not to book this location. From the pictures it looked very nice, also first contact to landlord was acceptable. But then the issues started. Due to lack of hygiene in the house there have been big black insects everywhere: in our beds, in the clothes, on the floor - everywhere - as of day 1. on day 2, due to burst pipe, the wäre was everywhere. We had to move out immediately. The landlord was totally rude, not supportive and currently still refuses to compensate us...

"The Villa was very comfortable, situated in an amazing location. However getting to this property was very stressful, due to lack of knowing exact name of Villa. But all was put behind because the place was so peaceful . Not an easy access but worth the effort of getting there, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Highly recommended. I am sure that our problems will be rectified for future bookings."

"We had a magical stay at the villa!! The villa was magnificent! A great combination of old world charm and modern conveniences. Beautifully landscaped and well-maintained grounds. We were able to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee on the deck, hop a train to Florence to see the sights and return to spend the afternoon lounging at the pool. The best memories were the outdoor dinners. "Very lovely house with individual apartments. Nice pool. No access to a communal lounge to relax with the group so hard to socialise together."

"We chose this villa due to the facilities for disabled travellers and it worked well for someone in a wheelchair. The ground floor is level with a roll in shower. The property is spacious with plenty of room to manoeuvre equipment. I struggled pushing the wheelchair over the gravel to take my husband to the pool - a flat path to the pool would be useful. The area is beautiful and the views from the pool are lovely."

"Having stayed recently we hate to say we were rather disappointed. The apartment is generally rather tired and in need of a refurb. The kitchen in particular is very badly appointed with only 2 plug sockets, an ancient toaster (it would be quicker placing the bread on the windowsill!) we had to ask for a kettle (in fairness this was provided straight away) The apartment was huge, but only 1 freestanding fan (Marzia was fab and managed to source one more for us) but for a 3 bed apartment without...

"The Villa is nice with every comfort you need but exceptionell is the very big pool. It is a short 5 to 10 min drive to Borgo San Lorenzo where you can go out for dinner or vine or for grocery shopping. To Firenze its a 40 min drive for sightseeing. The extra cost for Gas is very uncommon but it is abgut 10€ a Day for 10 People in Summer."

"This was probably the most happy we have ever stayed at a property. The restaurant there was fantastic, pasta and pizza options. All fresh and prepared with love every day. The employees were awesome and did everything in their power to make our stay great. We absolutely did not want to leave. We will be back at some point. The location is in a great little village that is gorgeous and quiet. If you don't mind some driving in is pretty much centralized to most of attractions in central and northern Italy."
