"Property was beautiful and flourishing with plants. House was perfect for our family of 8"

"We sincerely advice not to book this location. From the pictures it looked very nice, also first contact to landlord was acceptable. But then the issues started. Due to lack of hygiene in the house there have been big black insects everywhere: in our beds, in the clothes, on the floor - everywhere - as of day 1. on day 2, due to burst pipe, the wäre was everywhere. We had to move out immediately. The landlord was totally rude, not supportive and currently still refuses to compensate us...

"Great place to stay with family and friends. Plenty of room, lovely outdoor space for dinners. Hot tub To relax in. Host is very accommodating any time we needed something there was a contact near the property. We hated to leave!"

"The villa is super! Clean, good spacey rooms, a proper kitchen. There are nice features like sauna, jacuzzi, a proper swimming pool, place to grill. It is nicely located in surrounded by trees, and it is situated in the hills and therefore a bit cooler - which is very nice, no airco needed! The house owners are very nice, respond fast to messages, are more than willing to tell about the to-do's and the environment of Pistoia... to summarize, a pearl in Tuscany. We were with a group of 17...

"The villa is in an amazing location. The views of the valley are so picturesque. Sylvia was a perfect host. Everything is as advertised. I only wish we had spent more time at the house. We used it as a base for Imola F1 race. If races are re-established at Imola we will definitely come back. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again."

Every convenience available. Antique furniture added charm and elegance. Views of the rolling Tuscan hillside were fabulous. Train station not far for an easy commute into Florence. Don’t hesitate to book this wonderful property. We would love to return in the future!"
