I note some reviews have criticised the breakfast, but I have to say, given the price paid, the breakfast is a bonus! To make the experience better tea/coffee facilities could be provided in the rooms rather than in a communal area, to allow for a morning cuppa in your own privacy, but nonetheless I would certainly visit again! "We were looking for something Off the Beaten path with a kitchen and parking in this place really fit the bill we were surprised how wonderful the drive up to it was if you're in the area around Modena or Bologna then it's a great chance to enjoy the hills south west of Bologna"
