"The stay was great. Beautiful resort. Good food. Only issue was AC was not getting colder than 23. We like a cool room. We called a few times but it didnt really change. Also for anyone from US you have to put key card in slot in wall for lights to work. We had no idea."

That said, some visitors have found the property a bit tricky to locate at first, citing its remote position and the presence of several entrance gates as potential challenges during arrival."
