Renovated ancient structures, with comfy rooms overlooking the gorgeous valley below. Sabrina, the owner, was attentive and pleasant and cooked our meals even though the kitchen had officially closed for the season. We used it as a stop between Milan and Florence, and the drive to Firenze through mountainous back roads was another highlight. Waking up to the view is forever etched in our minds

We stayed in this hotel during our travel from the Parma region to Tuscany. It was in a peaceful, remote location in the mountains. The town of Tole is quite small with not much to do, but it is great if you are getting weary from the big cities! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant is really the only one in town we could find, but the food was great and locals were also dining with us. The appartment was very clean. Staff was very friendly. You can enjoy the nature I suggest to rent a car, and do not take to much luggage because you have to climb stairs.

Staff, room, facilities, restaurant, all 5's. Plus free parking, only 10 minutes to airport, and it's immediately off hiway to Firenze. 20 euro taxi to centro. Oh, yeah, the price is right.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! We ended up staying a second night. As a result of this stay, we made a point to stay in another PHI later in our trip. The staff was great and went above and beyond.

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with a great pizzeria close by. Nevertheless the tour buses took over the breakfast area what made the area overcrowded and noisy. Many of entre plates where empty due to the shear volume of the tour guests been catered.

Everything was terrific. This hotel serves the city of Bologna. It provides a quiet and peaceful place to stay while still offering the beauty and tradition of downtown Bologna.

Incredible grounds and facilities! The staff was wonderful, so warm, helpful and professional!! The breakfast, and restaurants were fantastic. We had an amazing stay for 5 nights. Honestly, I wish we could have had more time there, but our itinerary was already established. Honestly, can’t recommend highly enough!
