"This hotel is a bit old in age but it offers features that other hotels can't bear for a reasonable price to stay. It's a very quiet space situated in an area that's close enough to convenience stores or restaurants. There's a gym next door for guests who love to stay fit. Enough parking spaces in back of building if you have a vehicle. Guests are offered free water bottles in the fridge in their room and complimentary snacks put out daily at front desk to enjoy.
One thing I'm a little unsatisfied about was the cleanliness of the bathroom. But I won't dock too many points off for that simply because housekeepers have lots to do--and often within a limited time, so mistakes can happen from time to time. The problem as corrected when I asked housekeeping to redo it to make the remainder of our stay more comfortable."

"We chose this house for a number of reasons. The great reviews from previous guests, distance from Vancouver (for a concert we were attending) and the distance from the driving training facility in Pitt Meadows (for my husbands work). Everything about our stay was perfect. Communication with the host was great, check in process was through and explained well, pictures were included for visual clarification. The house was as listed. Clean and spacious. Check out was just as easy as check in. the location was good. Not far from any local attractions that were were wanting to go to, and a quiet neighborhood. Despite the distance from the train tracks and skytrain, we could hardly hear either, or from local vehicle traffic. It was a very enjoyable, quiet and comfortable.Definitely would stay again if our travels bring us to Surrey again. "
"We like the location, it's easy to get to when driving in, it's right beside the skytrain station, there is parking near by that is reasonably priced. There's the pub below with good beer and food. There's the river walk just across the street along the river. It's older but the character is nice."
