"By far one of the worst experiences. I went to the hotel restaurant in the lobby and my meal was given away to someone who was seated after me. I waited over 30 minutes as the only POC and no one noticed my food never arrived. I went to check with the female bartender who claimed there was a "mix up" and asked if I could wait to remake it which I declined. In the room, the shower handle was broken and the water wouldn't turn on. I reported it via phone with the front desk around 9pm, waited 20 minutes and never heard back, went downstairs to the lobby for a follow up and the 2 women acted as if they had no idea what I was referring, tried to tell me how to turn it on as if I didn't try until I showed them the video I recorded. That took another 5 minutes then all of a sudden a technician came to my room another 5 minutes later and told me I "had to apply more force" because it was in fact STUCK. I recorded that as well because how or why should anyone have to go through that. How would guests know they wouldn't break it if they tried to push so hard without instructions. At checkout on 3/25, I tried to do express through the tv which didn't work or wouldn't update. Then went to the lobby around 3am and was told the system was down or updating between the hours of 3-3:30am therefore I couldn't receive a total or check out with them during that time. There is no cell service. The WiFi didn't work initially...etc. just all around terrible "

"We booked this as it said they offered private town car service, this advertisement was false they do not. Thankfully I was able to find a service last minute to fit our needs. The hotel lobby also had a very strong animal urine smell. Room wasn’t very clean, hair in sink and in bathroom and on bedding. Upon check in desk attendant was rather rude when I was asking how we schedule for private car service and she proceeded to explain in a very condescending manner . We will not be staying here again."

"Really helpful staff, the property was spotless and our room was clean and a decent size. There wait aircon but unable to control from the room. It would have been nicer to have it colder at night but that’s my personal preference. The park nearby was really nice and we walked everywhere. It took us 40 mins to walk to downtown. "
