"We stayed at ocean front room, nice ocean view and sunrise view for a week. There’s no cleaning at the room at all only come pick up trash and bring new towels. The first day we stayed the shower wasn’t drained, wondering why they didn’t checked the room before check in. The breakfast was okay but they are the same almost every day. The Staff were friendly at the breakfast."

"The room was newly renovated. We've stayed here multiple times before. Love this place. The staff is wonderful, the pools are great, it's away from the crowd, but close enough to everything. This time we did run into a few issues. The bath tub wouldn't drain, there was no fitted sheet on the bed, remote was missing and they couldn't find one until the next morning. So we didn't watch tv at all. Other than that. Great place to stay."

"The beds in our room were very comfortable. We were on the 4th floor. It was mostly quiet. The hallway was very dark which made it creepy. The elevator was beat up and reminded us of a service elevator. Our room door did not close properly. It needed to be forced to close, which was very loud. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. Our microwave was unplugged and shoved on a shelf under the counter. The plug was snaked up from behind the counter. One problem - the cord was not long enough to plug into the outlet. It was at least 6” short. The lamp on the desk near the mirror was unplugged and didn’t even have a bulb in it. The breakfast was horrendous - cold fake scrambled eggs, white toast, a few yogurts and a waffle maker with a super long line. No water. The pool and hot tub were empty - no water. The entire pool area was closed. So, the reviews we read were accurate. On the bright side, the rate was significantly cheaper than anything else in the area (and rightly so). And the location was good for what we were visiting to do. So that was a plus. "

"I stayed here for a quick getaway just a quick overnight trip. The rooms are outdated. The mattress literally squeaked and the worst part about it was there was roaches in not one but two rooms. After seeing a roach crawling in our first room we were moved to a different room in the morning when attempting to go to the balcony we were greeted by two roaches. The only thing nice about the hotel is the balcony view. "
