Everything is home made and fresh! I also had a lovely massage which I would highly recommend. "The house is in a beautiful, peaceful, rural location but only a 5-minute drive to the restaurants, bars and shops of Villereal (which is a very beautiful town). The house is pet-friendly and our dog loved the large garden to chase her ball or explore. Bernard, the host showed us around on arrival and provided help if we needed anything, but was not intrusive. We received a welcome gift on arrival, which was a very kind gesture. Although, Bernard and his family live next door, the house is very private and all facilities are exclusively for guests. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided everything needed for a relaxing holiday. It was also nice and cool inside, but the air conditioning was very much appreciated when the temperatures soared. The garden, pool area and outside terraces were lovely areas for relaxing or enjoying an evening meal or drink.The house is perfectly located for visiting the nearby towns of the Dordogne and Lot, many within a 15-minute drive. We would definitely recommend it to other travellers looking for accommodation in the area."

"Perfectly fine for a budget hotel, on an industrial estate off the ring road. It's clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The pool was a definate bonus on a hot day and for a pre breakfast swim. So long as you're not looking for rustic, romantic, french charm, then it's a good place for a stop over on a long journey."

"Notre séjour avec enfants et petits-enfants -nous étions 19- fut excellent : beauté des lieux, variété des activités permettant à la fois d'être tous ensemble ou de se retrouver qui à la piscine, qui au ping-pong, qui à la pétanque... Aucun souci de confort.Ce beau domaine des Falaises en pleine nature nous a aussi permis de découvrir les beaux sites environnants. L'accueil était plein de promesses et elles ont été tenues !"
