"Room was always clean, the staff is amazing, great food and beverages right by the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, only thing is no elevator, walking 3 flights of stairs when you’ve had a bit to drink isn’t fun, but it’s one of our best experiences, 100% recommended "

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
