"Family friendly, awesome staff !! First time we visited this resort was about 15 years ago, this year was our fourth visit, and the place is still amazing, just like the first time. My only recommendation will be for management to check the temperature of the pool, the whole family agreed was a bit too warm :)."

"I want to mention Raùl Ocampo, our concierge, who was wonderful throughout our entire stay. He was very accommodating, attentive, and helpful every day. His excellent service truly made our stay more enjoyable. One of the things I really enjoyed about the resort was the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Walking through the property felt like being in the jungle, where we regularly saw coatis, lizards, and other animals. It made the experience feel unique and relaxing."

"Honestly have nothing bad to say! It’s was incredible. The people, the food, the cleanliness. Was better than I had hoped for!! We stayed in the preferred master suite, and it was so insane. It was such a gorgeous room.. the overall amenities and just the atmosphere of the hotel was so different from others, it was beautiful! I was a little concerned about the beach shuttle. I actually did really enjoy the drive. It was a very quick and the scenery was very nice 😊 I read comments prior to our trip about people being bothered about time shares!? We were not bothered about that once."

"The Staff was amazing and super helpful. Alfonso in the World Cafe was amazing and remebered our names and preferences from the first day we met. Luisa in the preferred club was super helpful with multiple requests we had and made us feel very welcome."
