"Ever was as I expected from IHG the other ly issue for me is the parking but As I had to road park after work I was refunded the charge for the hotel car park. But all in all I will be booking to stay again"

"I found the bed linen always felt damp. Dropped a wet towel on bathroom tiles and after picking up there was dirty marks yuk. Not moped properly. The mattress was terrible, soft in most places and dipped in the middle. But..overall, the room was pretty decent. The disabled access was excellent. The staff were very friendly and so very helpful. The breakfast was quite decent. The outside dock view was so relaxing. More tables and chairs outside would be a bonus for bigger parties or families to enjoy the view. Paying £10 per day for parking with limited spaces was disappointing considering the holiday inn is a big hotel and creaming of clients is a low blow. I would highly recommend the hotel though. But be very aware...we booked months in advance, had a potential health crisis looming and tried to cancel via xcover and kept getting diverted to Expedia who gave up contacting the hotel to cancel. Luckily, health issue averted and the booking still active. Luckily for health sake we still went otherwise moneys would be lost. Thanks to the very helpful staff, potentially book again in the future but wary of the issues 🙄"

"Good Overall The staff were all very r helpful. The play area for kids was a great surprise. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was much better then I thought so good surprise again. The only downside is that the changing rooms for the fitness centre definitely needs some TLC. (Broken shower (as in the tap handle has completely fallen off), swimsuit dryer broken etc) but overall I would recommend especially if you are travelling with kids"

"Lovely welcome from the check in staff very polite and helpful. Room lovely clean and comfortable. Bar and restaurant staff very polite and welcoming.had breakfast which was delicious lots of variety. Will definitely be booking to stay again."
