"Beautiful historic hotel in amazing location. Family suites were spacious and clean. Parking was valet only with no direct entrance to hotel (had to walk around the block with all luggage). Only decaf coffee in the room. Otherwise, restful stay amd easy access to places we were visitng."

"Best place to stay in Chicago. This hotel is in the perfect location. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. The vintage pool was very unique and refreshing. The hotel building is historical (1929) and has its own story and hidden architecture. The most helpful guide in Chicago was the doorman/valet standing out front. Trust me, it’s a little more expensive for a reason and definitely worth it."
