The room I was in was for handicapped people. So it was perfect for me. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk person was extremely helpful. However externally the place needs “help”.

We came into town for the BTS concert. This motel was in a more residential area. Which was great for quiet. It was quiet the majority of the time. The bed and room were pretty basic and okay. The only issues we had were we saw a few roaches. And, our shower was tepid at best. It wouldn’t get warm but there was warm water in the sink. It worked for what we needed it for.

The check-in process was OK due to some confusion about what ID they required. The room itself was clean. Although this is the third Motel 6 I have stayed in where the bathroom door has been fixed due to what looks like someone trying to break it down. The carpark isn't in the best condition. Also I stayed over a Saturday and Sunday and there were only a few spots left on the Saturday. Conveniently located to public transport to get into Downtown Chicago.

Hard to turn the lights on. Hard to use the microwave. Floor not clean No blankets available at all. Cold at night. No coffee available in the morning although promised. Could hear noise from other rooms late at night. Good parking place.
