"Front desk staff was very nice. The hotel offers excellent transportation service to the airport and to the train station. The hotel needs updating. Carpets were dirty, towel holders are coming out of the wall and the TV service was terrible. But the beds were comfortable, and that is important."

Very uncomfortable. The staff was there to do a job but really did not succeed. Not too friendly. Seemed to be a younger / inexperienced staff. Upon check in really no information was given. Had to ask for the complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was ok and was served between 7am and 9am and not complementary. The thermostat in the room wasn’t operating. The hotel regulated the temperature. Pretty warm. Front desk suggested to just open the window. I would rate our overall experience a 3."
