"Kimberley and her partner were wonderful hosts. Check-in was easy and straightforward. The rooms are clean and comfortable. One slight quibble was that the previous tenants had used up the toilet paper and it hadn't been replaced yet, but when I mentioned it to Kimberley, she replaced it immediately. Also, the previous tenants had left the bathroom a bit untidy. Again, this was a very minor issue. Overall this is an excellent place to stay."

"We thought all places on VRBO were the entire house but this is a single room rental with shared spaces of other renters in the basement as well as the owner living upstairs. The room was dirty and not well kept, the mattress had stains, no fitted sheet, door was greasy and black, used bar of soap in the shower, and lots of diy fixes of holes in the walls.The shared downstairs door has an electronic lock that other guests to the house would wake us up when they got home late because they kept...

Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a small view of the water/city from the unit. Lots of restaurants and small shopping center a very short drive away. There is a small parking spot in the street for the VRBO, it was tight for our SUV but worked. "

Countertop was broken leaving very sharp corner. Heating/hot water system failed leaving us cold and without hot water for hours. Property manager was sympathetic and quick to respond to the many issues we faced.."

"I’ve got the price page to stay at this beautiful home in Vancouver. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house went above and beyond my expectations as I felt like I was living in paradise for the weekend. May as the host made this stay even better as she was very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this house with May as their host as she is easily the best host ever."
