"The hotel has a parking onsite which was convenient for us. Rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good as well. Only issue we had was that one staff from the restaurant didn’t treat us kindly when one of our family member didn’t have appetite to eat but wanted to stay with our family group to accompany us and talk. "Achei ótimo custo benefício, porém o anfitrião demora muito para responder, algo que se pensarmos não tem que se preocupar na viagem. No outro dia um funcionário já veio falando do horário do check in ANTES do horário, algo que não pega bem, parece que está expulsando da casa. Fica a dica para ter uma melhor experiência não fazer o turista passar por isso. A opção do café não é buffet, é um vale numa padaria próxima. De resto ok, local próximo "

"This was a very unique stay … in an authentic palace! Staff treat you like royalty. Superior room was a large living room suite with additional bedroom! Excellent and plentiful breakfast every morning. Easy to walk to cafes, restaurants and shops and Villa de Este and Villa Gregoriane. City bus to Villa Ariana. Hotel also arranged my transfer back to airport in Rome with Marco a professional driver. Perfect! "

"This hotel/restaurant was in a little village that was absolutely gorgeous. The area had several hiking paths which unfortunately we could not go on. For us it was a thrill to be in this town and the diner they cooked for us was exquisite. Home made. The host/manager was very good, cordial and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place. "

Mi presento in struttura, chiamo il numero davanti alla porta e mi viene comunicato che sono stato spostato in un'altra loro struttura, li vicino. Mi dice al telefono che sono 200 metri, in realtà sono 500, nella direzione opposta alla mia destinazione. La scelta della struttura era fatta per la posizione. Scopro poi che la struttura che si chiama Movie...
