"Very (very) close to the train station. Trains can get a little noisy but we made it part of the charm! Walking distance to all the restaurants and waterfront public spaces which is great for people travelling by train. Pamphlets and guides of Cinque-Terre are all there in multiple languages. Service was great abd the host was very helpful getting ourselves ready for Cinque-Terre. "

"I cannot say enough good things about the property! Our room was perfect and had everything we could need. The staff was just incredible. They were able to get us a reservation at a great restaurant within walking distance. They were knowledgeable about the ferry times to Cinque Terre, secured us a taxi for an early morning departure on our last day, and even provided a boxed breakfast for us since we had to leave before it was being served. The rooftop bar with its beautiful view of the harbor was the icing on the cake. "

"Loved this stay. Im not sure why the negative reviews. Stayed with my 4 adult children and it was perfect. Breakfast was great. Clean. Civilized. :) close to train and centro. Particularly loved Sara at reception. I have nothing negative to say but if i had to the only thing was the noise at night from residential area. But it was a Saturday night and we kept our windows open. Highly recommend"

"Hotel Vis a Vis was absolutely beautiful, the view was spectacular from every angle , the outdoor snack bar to the restaurant to our room was a wow factor , the staff are very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate your every need. "We stayed in this hotel to discover the center of La spezia and cinque terre. As soon as we entered, we received a warm welcome from John at reception, he was exceptional very friendly and helpful! He gave us recommendations for good restaurants, kept our luggage after checkout and made our stay enjoyable:) The hotel is very close to the beach and ferries, many dining options nearby! It was easy to get around. Super clean and the staff are very friendly, I recommend!"
