"AVOID BOOKING!!! After 3 days of trying to get it contact with the owner of the property I turned up to check in. After getting through to the helpline the owner simply cancelled my booking and I was left with nowhere to stay because they couldnt be bothered with the booking. "Stayed at this property for our daughter’s graduation from the University of Kent at the Rochester cathedral. Location was walking distance to the event and many shopping and dining options. Great secure parking as well as an extremely well appointed two bedroom two bathroom flat!"

"I came to check in with my kid after 10 pm and the host told me she wouldn’t let me in as she has reservation for tomorrow and I am not even on the list. It was very scary to be in unknown town that late and women didn’t care and said call the site you booked with… it’s very frustrating as I booked months before and was sure everything will be smooth. I am very disappointed and everything was booked around the area , so I had to try to grind smth in the middle of the night… insanity"
