"We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again! "

"We are in our 70’s and found the road the property is on to be a little busy and rather noisy from about 7am.Also quite a steep climb from the centre of Rochester. Otherwise very convenient for the train station and all of Rochester’s attractions."

"This could be a very good property with some work. The listing includes parking. This is misleading as it is on street parking. This area is permit holders only. You can park for 2 hours Mondays to Saturdays 8-6. If you check in at 3pm like we did you have to move your car at 5pm. Parking was quite limited and therefore a walk to the apartment. When we arrived at 3pm the apartment was 12c. We clicked the thermostat by the bathroom. When we returned at 6pm the apartment was 14c. The radiators...

"The accommodation was neat. The kitchen supplies were minimal, but sufficient. Unfortunately, the key code wasn't sent on time. This caused a lot of stress and hassle."
