"Lovely and luxurious "

"The hotel was super basic as was the food. Needs a renovation and the staff don’t go out of their way to help you - though the worker at a coffee bar was friendly. Wouldn’t recommend on experience and wouldn’t recommend at all for the price. "

"Room was okay. Temperature control was ineffective in that it didn’t matter what temperature is was put too it just billowed out cold air, even when set to 26 degrees."

"Room was clean but very tired and in need of refurbishment. The shower ran cold intermittently. The gym was a bit messy and could have done with some water being available. Food was fine and staff were friendly. "

"Excellent dog friendly hotel. The hotel is next to a busy road so highly recommend booking a lakeside room which are much quieter, large and have a good view. Whilst the hotel is quite tired, for the price we paid and service we received, it represents good value. Meals in the bar well priced too. "
