"For the hotel itself. Warm welcome, easy check in. Room was spacious, warm and clean. Looks like the place hasn't long been renovated, however, signs of maintenance issues already evident, e.g. The shower was leaking cold water and the tray wasn't draining. That said, I had a good night sleep and I'd stop again. As an aside, street parking is very limited. The car park down the road is useful, but also the commuter car park for the train station, so very busy. "

"We were late for breakfast but there was still a full choice of tasty wholesome food available . Bed very comfortable . Room clean and tidy. Staff were smiley and helpful where necessary. Great location for motorway links etc yet no traffic noise . The only negative experience we had was the car park arrangements charging £5 per night and feeling worried about being fined for overstay / incorrect parking etc. We will look elsewhere on our next visit to Chatham . "
