Apex City of London Hotel

"This is an ideal location when staying in London. Hotel is close to the tube (Tower Hill) and DLR (Tower Gateway). The staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. The room was very clean and quite spacious. The area around the hotel was very quiet and we felt very safe walking from the tube station at night back to the hotel. I would highly recommend."

"The view of the Tower Bridge was stunning. The food was over priced but not bad. Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend!"

"Double queen room was great, 4* as expected. Says AC, but not usual with aircon cassette in ceiling, instead it had vent hoses bringing in air from farther away, so room stayed about 23oC whereas preferred less stuffy. Bathroom 3* with two showers, a shower and bath with shower was nice but unused feature, but dated and run down, would rather a single bathtub with shower and more modern finish. E.g. taps are stiff, shower screen was loose,door lock didn't work All minor things."
