"The room was really clean, we had trouble with the heating which was sorted. Breakfast there was plenty of choice and more then one station to get the breakfast items from so you didn't que for long. "

"Stylish reception lobby with plenty of screens for booking in/out and helpful staff who answered any quires we had. Stayed in a twin room with clean comfortable beds and en-suite bathroom with towels and toiletries. Only thing I’d recommend is for a small shelf near to the bed for somewhere to place your phone while charging. "

"Apex City of London Hotel Apex is a lovely hotel, and I would definitely recommend it. The location is excellent — just a few minutes’ walk from the Tower of London, making it very convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend booking the full breakfast option. It’s delicious, with a wide variety of choices and great quality overall — a perfect way to start the day. The staff was extremely helpful when we encountered a minor issue with our room. We were initially assigned a room without windows, which made it feel a bit like sleeping in a capsule. However, the team was very attentive, proactive, and genuinely eager to assist. They offered us different options to resolve the situation, which we truly appreciated. Overall, I would rate my stay a solid 9 out of 10."
