We had a wonderful stay! The pictures made the property look brand new but it definitely had some life lived in it (cracked window in the primary bedroom, and scuffs on the walls, etc.). Overall the property was wonderful! The beds were comfortable! The hosts provided laundry detergent and dish detergent so we could wash our clothes and dishes! The location is a 10/10! Close to all of the things and subway stations. We knew we would have to go up a lot of stairs, so that did not bother us one bit! March was the perfect weather so we were very comfortable, temperature wise. We were shoe to check-in early and were super thankful for our stay. We had 2 adults and 3 kids (16 year old, 14 year old, and 11 year old) stay here and it was perfect!

The apartment was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with everything needed for a comfortable visit. Location is excellent, with shops, eateries, and transport nearby. Just a note that there is no lift. requires min climbing of 4 flights of stairs so it may not be suitable for everyone. Kitchen well equipped and bed very comfortable and big (superking which you don’t always find in London) Housekeeping responsive and close to site so when we had an issue with a window and some lights there was someone there to try to resolve it. Will stay again if we need to be close to the theatre as it’s a perfect location for this.

This was a very spacious apartment with all the basic things you would need: kitchen stuff, toiletries, linens, etc. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The kitchen very practical. I would absolutely recommend. The apartment is in china town making it a good starting point to many things in London. Good communication with the staff via email.
