"This was one of our favorite hotels of all time! The housekeeping was pristine, the breakfast was amazing, the property was gorgeous, and the location worked great. Location was very easy to get to the Blackfriar stop and a pleasant, relaxed place to hang around by the river. Great pub right nearby. The staff especially were truly kind, both the front desk and the restaurant. The restaurant went and got some plain toast for us after closing when our child had some stomach issues. Just the best people in the world. It was super sad to leave. "
