"For the price it beats expectations. Single traveler. Small room. Basic. No AC. But all the basics. Very clean. Plenty of hot water. Secure. Friendly staff. Free baggage storage before and after."

"Hotel is clean and well appointed. I had the lowest level suite available with a small kitchen. Shower was good, towels were nice, bed was comfortable, sofa was comfortable. There’s not a lot of extra room for suitcases but there is enough. Area is not as posh as the other side of the bridge, but I felt safe walking alone. Lots of restaurants nearby."

"I was always looking forward to breakfast. Excellent food and variety. It was nice having a ticket machine where we ended up booking a live show Wicked at the Apollo theatre. The location was ideal, very close to Victoria station and numerous restaurants and small grocery stores. Would book there again. The staff were all friendly and helpful! Thank you"
