"Lovely staff, great location, and lovely pool & gym "

"Nice room but it wasn’t exactly soundproofed, we could hear a person in the next room (I stayed in room 128) was snoring very loudly the wooden floor was conducting the sound/vibration it was impossible to sleep. Can’t fault the kindness of the staff they were good "

"The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. We had a room issue halfway through our stay and they were able to accommodate us efficiently by switching us to a new room for the remainder. Hotel lacks a few conveniences regarding space in rooms, limited towels, but overall a great spot. Very close proximity to everything in Canary Wharf as well as public transit options. "

"One member of staff was much more pleasant than the other on shift at the time. I understand it must be stressful at times but surely being approachable and well mannered with customers is important. The room didn’t look particularly"
