"The most enjoyable experience was how professional the staff members were in relation to answering our queries. I was a bit disappointed with the room when it came to using its facilities. One such instance would be that the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Another thing was the fact we were not able to open the drawers as it seems it was stuck to something. Overall, I would give my experience a rating of 3.5/5. "

"First of all thanks to Stephanie in Vanderbilt Radisson Blu, we booked twin bed room but when we reached to hotel , it was fully booked and not available ... Stephanie helped us to solve problem and she sent us to do Hampshire Radisson Blu in central London. She even insisted to pay taxi fee from Vanderbilt to Hampshire... When we checked out from hotel, she also called us whether everything was good during stay , we are happy to stay at Radisson Blu in London. We will back to Vanderbilt after...

"The hotel was amazing!! Great friendly staff and very personable. The room was on the smaller side hence the 4 star rating. Inspite of carefully looking at room sizes I guess I wasn’t careful enough. However this is not the hotels fault. I would definitely stay there again!"
