"The host NEVER got in contact with me about how to access the property. I even messaged him a day before and didn’t get anything. Check in was at 3pm on arrival day and It was already well past 4pm and I still hadn’t received any information. I messaged the host again and waited a while. At this point I was already at the property. I contacted VRBO support and they even tried contacting the host and never was able to get in touch with them.
