This land will be developed with housing as part of Phase 2 of the Forge Wood neighbourhood.

We used the free parking outside the front of the hotel where there were numerous spots available. I would happily stay here again in the future. "

"Great location in Beckenham, everything close by, but had to wait til 4.30 to get into our room ,when check in was stated as 3 o'clock. They did apologise and gave a busy schedule as a reason. The cleaners we met were lovely and polite and said the previous tenants were exceptionally messy. Overall good stay, but the apartments do need a little TLC."

"We had stayed here before as it is very convenient for visiting family. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly host, easy free parking. Pleasant pub just around the corner for dinner and very relaxing in the garden. Good value for this part of Surrey."

"Bed was very poor with old metal springs. Pillows were flat, towels were small, very few amenities provided. It worked for one night, but would not recommend."
