"I was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit worried after seeing some bad reviews but my budget don’t allow for a different hotel. It was completely renovated. I did a mattress check and it looked like a new mattress. Paint in the wall nice and it was clean. They came daily to change towels and small wipe through. So nothing like the bad reviews. I stayed in room 220 however all the other rooms that I saw walking past looked newly renovated as well. I didn’t use the little breakfast area so can’t comment on that. Quite at night but in the morning some street noise from cars. Would stay here again. "

"I booked as a solo traveler for a concert in Apopka. The Apopka amphitheater was right down the road, and the next day I enjoyed Kelly Springs. Such a convenient location in a beautiful small town. Super comfortable bed and cozy space. Hosts are very kind and helpful as well. I would love to stay here again anytime I’m going to be in the area!"

"Convenient to restaurants and Wekiwa State park, but pool chairs are not that comfortable and had to go out to buy French vanilla creamer. Not everyone likes only cream or sugar. Bathroom sink faucet is in very awkward position, floors were very dirty as our socks showed us. Air conditioner very noisy. Rm 420"

"The house is beautifully renovated, and is very quiet and clean. It was a perfect haven for our family! We enjoyed walking the gorgeous property. We were in the area for a wedding at Club Lake and the house provided a perfect location as it is close to that venue as well as to historic Mt Dora. "

"Clean home. Comfortable beds. Well stocked kitchen. Peaceful quiet location. Communication with host was responded to quickly. We were in the area for a softball tournament. Cabin/home is closely located to Jason Dwelley softball/baseball complex. "
