"Need a slide at pool. And free water in rooms. Bellmen were wonderful, but didn't like having to tip two people each time. One to load cart, then a different one to push and unload cart. Also, they tried to separate me from my luggage when I checked in. Very confusing. All employees were exceptional. Pool was beautiful and fun. Great pizza at pool too. Would stay here again"
