Staff was friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was standard fair but far better than most similar hotel offerings, mainly because the lady that ran it worked her tail off to keep everything fresh and full and seemed genuinely interested in ensuring everyone got what they wanted.

Hotel shuttle would take you to places within 3 miles of hotel. To get to Boston the shuttle took us to train station. From there we road train to Boston downtown where everything was located. Alot of walking. Trolley's downtown but still wear your walking shoes. It rained all day the first day we went to Boston but we continued to stay downtown and went to aquarium/imax, which was a fast walk from train station until we found aquarium. Overall we had a wonderful stay, the hotel is super cute and very clean! They have a restaurant attached which is super convenient as well as a 7/11 on the concern. It’s less than a 1 min walk from the train station and very easy to get too from the airport. It’s very central to everything in the north end and near a lot of tourist attractions. Would 10/10 recommend. Very walkable city!
